William White Named REALTOR® of the Year by TCAR for Outstanding Achievement in Commercial Real Estate 

William White, Vice President of White Oak Commercial, has been named the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year by Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR) at the organization’s annual Elite Broker Awards. 

The REALTOR® of the Year award is TCAR’s highest individual honor and recognizes professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, integrity, industry service, and sustained professional achievement within the commercial real estate community. 

White brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience serving clients throughout the Triangle region. Over the course of his career, he has earned repeated recognition through TCAR’s Elite Land Sales Awards, underscoring his consistent performance and expertise in complex land and investment transactions.

White joined White Oak Commercial in 2015 after spending three years in Denver, Colorado, where he worked with Transwestern Commercial Services in asset management. During his time there, he gained experience managing Class A office buildings, industrial warehouses, and retail shopping centers. 

At White Oak Commercial, White oversees the firm’s property management division while specializing in land sales, improved property sales on both the buyer and seller sides, investment sales, and tenant and landlord leasing. He has worked across nearly every commercial property type, with a particular focus on land development opportunities and investment sales throughout the Triangle. 

Known for his strategic and relationship-driven approach, White guides clients through complex commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on transparency, market insight, and long-term value creation. His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects, helping clients navigate each stage of the process with confidence and clarity.
