William joined White Oak Commercial in September 2015 after spending three years in Denver, Colorado. In Denver, William worked for Transwestern Commercial Services in the asset management department. William gained invaluable experience handling class-A office buildings, industrial warehouses and retail shopping centers. In addition to running White Oak’s property management division, William obtained his broker’s license upon returning to Raleigh and now specializes in both buyer and seller representation, as well as tenant and landlord leasing.
During William’s time at White Oak Commercial, he has worked with a variety of clients with a broad range of real-estate needs. William is experienced working with both buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords, and has been involved in transactions in essentially all property types. William is active in Wake and Johnston County, and most enjoys helping property owners find profitable ways to handle their assets through both sales transactions and leasing.
William has found a number of ways to get involved in his community. He serves on the board of the My Kids Club in Selma, NC, where he assists with fundraising and operational duties. William is a member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church and serves as a Deacon as well as the chair of the Haiti Committee. William graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2012 and is a Tar Heel born and Tar Heel bred. He enjoys playing and watching sports in his free time, spending time on the coast with his wife, Rebecca, and playing with his dogs Cheese and Dax.
