On October 4th 2016 White Oak Commercial closed the sale of 1405 Vision Drive in Apex NC. The former Nissan Dealership consisted of 12.5 acres and a 27,500 square foot office, showroom, and service facility. The property was purchased by Hanna Imports and was represented by Mike Peebles.
